Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, this is to review your order, payment and shipping details; and make any necessary amendments.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over £50.

ORDER TRACKING:
Once your ordered items have been made, you will receive an email notifying you that the order is ready to be shipped. This email will include a tracking number, as well as an estimated delivery date.

Please note, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.

ISSUES:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wildpieinthesky.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
